Job Description

　　Insight Global is looking for a Technical Business System Analyst to join their client in British Columbia. This is a full-time, permanent role that would require some travel. The successful candidate will be working with the IT group to identify business requirements for the current state of processes and identify opportunities for new solutions to improve future business processes. They will be analyzing a number of consumer facing systems to identify the data being communicated between the systems and how they relate to one another. They should also have strong experience reviewing multiple vendor systems and understand the best solutions to implement into the environment. The identification of new solutions will require the analysis of multiple vendor systems to fully understand how they relate to the current systems in place. This will require strong data experience as the successful candidate must understand the data that is being communicated between systems, and which solution will best fit the business vision. The successful candidate will be working with Product Owners, IT Stakeholders and the Project Team to achieve these goals.

　　Skills and Requirements

　　7+ years' experience in a Technical Business System Analyst capacity

　　Experience working in a large enterprise environment

　　Has worked in the strategic pre-planning phase of projects

　　Has analyzed multiple vendor solutions to understand which systems best fit the project vision

　　Strong data analysis experience and how that data communicates between multiple systems

　　Ability to provide the link between strategy and execution in the delivery of project initiatives and objectives

　　Excellent cross-functional written and verbal communication skills - A background in software programming/development

　　Strong knowledge working within Microsoft systems

　　Dynamics 365, Azure, POS Systems, Ecommerce, Field Services null
