　　Amazon.co.za is coming to South Africa in 2024! It is an exciting time to be part of a team that will continue to innovate to bring value, convenience, and delight to our customers around the world, and now to South Africa.

　　This role is responsible for operating the homepage and cross-sites experiences for Amazon and takes on tasks and projects that will drive conversion and loyalty for Amazon, through a best-in-class experience for all customers.

　　Key job responsibilities

　　• Data analysis and reporting

　　• Share weekly performance, learning's, upcoming launches with Senior Leadership.

　　• Input strategies/performance recaps into forward-looking strategy.

　　• Partner with Central teams to secure high-visibility placements for upcoming events

　　• Partner with internal Homepage stakeholders to ensure best-in-class strategy is being implemented.

　　• Partner with Creative Partners to develop and create best-in-class visuals & copy

　　• Partner with central Search teams to influence the customer experience.

　　• Partner with Automation & Tech teams to develop and optimize automated content.

　　We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

　　Cape Town, ZAF

　　Basic Qualifications

　　Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

　　Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

　　Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns

　　Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams

　　5 + years in a professional non-internship marketing or eCommerce role

　　Bachelors Degree

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　Experience in multi-territory campaign management

　　Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process
