Position: Marketing Incentive Coordinator
Location: XIII. District, Budapest, Váci Greens office
Campaigns Management is a team at Ford of Europe that makes sure that European dealers get paid for participating in various campaigns. They use a special software to manage the payments based on the information they receive from other internal systems. The Marketing Incentive Coordinator is a part of this team and uses the same software to make sure that the payments are made in a timely and efficient manner. To do this, they need to be good at identifying and solving problems, working with data, and communicating with other departments.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage marketing/incentive programs setup in a dedicated system (MPS2) including programs writing, testing and checking against original intent of business paperEffectively communicate with Marketing/Sales/Finance/Campaigns Management Teams to be aware of all key issuesControl dealer payments, check vehicle's eligibility for Incentive/Variable Marketing ProgramsAdminister and process payment queries Process modifications of retail data in the relevant Ford systemAssist Campaigns Management/Marketing/Sales/Finance with reports to effectively manage the marketing programs - prepare sales and payment reportsActively participate in developing new processes/templatesEnsure compliance with corporate requirements (internal Control)
QUALIFICATIONS
Fluency in English Persistent attitude, tolerance of monotony - excellent administrative skillsAccuracy, attention to detail, sense of prioritiesGood communication/relationship building skills, ability to work as part of a team Strong business and customer focusAnalytical mindset, structured thinking, ability to understand and improve processesAbility to understand a marketing programs Good Excel and Word knowledgeDegree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or other related fieldsWork experience in Marketing/Sales/Finance is a plusOccasional travel within Europe may be required
