We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Sharepoint Developer for a Full-Time position.

　　Job Responsibilities:

　　Develop PowerApps (Canvas and Model Driven apps) and Power Automate workflows with little to no assistance

　　Develop SharePoint Framework (SPFx) web parts and applications with little to no assistance

　　Proactively interact within the development team

　　Document work and share information with the team

　　Actively participate in daily team stand-ups

　　Actively participate in customer meetings

　　Demonstrate continuous improvement

　　Qualifications

　　Require at least five (5) years of experience of/with:

　　Complex Power Apps development using Canvas Apps and Model Driven Apps

　　Capturing data via Canvas Apps/Model Driven Apps into SharePoint lists and Microsoft Dataverse

　　Proficiency is custom Power Platform development and connecting to SharePoint lists/Dataverse

　　Power Automate workflows using SharePoint Online

　　Managed metadata and Term Store

　　Complex form development using validation rules

　　Proficiency in SharePoint Online modern site administration and development

　　Application development using the SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and toolchain with React and Fluent UI

　　PowerShell and PnP.PowerShell module

　　Azure DevOps or other source code control service

　　Helpful to have knowledge of or experience with:

　　Microsoft PowerPages and PowerApps Administration

　　Creating and implementing Security Roles for applications

　　Power BI management and report creation

　　SPFx development using Microsoft Graph

　　Form Customizers, App Customizers, Field Customizers, and Command Sets

　　JSON formatting of list views and columns

　　Developing accessible user interfaces meeting Federal (Section 508) and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)

　　Use of React Hook Form or other form validation library

　　Advanced permission management, e.g., item-level unique permissions

　　Characteristics:

　　Highly self-motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented with exceptional attention to detail

　　Manage individual priorities and time effectively

　　Comfortable working in a collaborative environment

　　Comfortable working on a small development team

　　Ability to present ideas and solutions to other development team members

　　Able to take direction from senior technical staff and program management

　　Able to stay up-to-date with Microsoft technologies and recommended practices
