About Marketing Executive, Tom Ford, Darphin, Kilian, Travel Retail APAC

  PRIMARY FUNCTION

  The incumbent is to support the TR APAC Tom Ford/Darphin/Kilian cluster in achieving brand objectives and be a strong support to execute 360 go to market plans, through helping to drive digital innovation, product marketing and managing regular marketing operations and reporting. This position will report to the Marketing Manager.

  Digital (30%)

  Support consumer marketing to execute omni-channel activation (paid media, social media, livestreaming, OOH).

  • Lead, plan and execute retailer media package via liaising with IM (Integrated Marketing) team and Sales team on slots availability, assets briefing, and stock readiness.

  • Liaise with IM on monthly retailer social posting and online banners slot opportunities, assets and copy proposal, and content brief to Global or media agency.

  • Support Marketing Manager on new paid media platform approval via gathering information from Media Agency and coordinate with Global teams.

  • Work on CRQ (creative request form) for paid media, coordinate with IM team and Global Creative team to ensure timely delivery of assets.

  • Review sub-region OOH request, and submit placement approval templates to Global Communication teams to get placements approval on time for execution.

  • Manage livestreaming product/tester/VM preparation file and liaise with Sales team and agency to ensure smooth execution.

  • Support on regular TRDM management to ensure pre-order sites are accurately maintained.

  • Support ad-hoc digital related projects assigned.

  Product (30%)

  • Responsible in managing assortment matrix upon ad-hoc/sub-region requests accurately.

  • Responsible in keeping track of sell-in/sell-through for key programs to support product analysis and drive forecast accuracy.

  • Support regular pricing template submissions and manage price change requests

  • Support ad-hoc product management tasks assigned

  Marketing Operations & Reporting (40%)

  • Manage store TV specs Masterfile, prepare on-counter/OOH/HPP videos request to Global, and communication to Field Visual Merchandising team for execution.

  • Be responsible of PO creations and receiving goods.

  • Pull data for sales report.

  • Analyzing data for campaign report and gathering insights from Sales team.

  • Lead sub-regions collateral and signages production.

  • Collect key competitor new launch and key communications and compile into competitor watch report.

  • Organize and coordinate meetings for regular team meetings.

  • Support team on any ad-hoc presentations/meetings/events preparation.

  Qualifications

  REQUIREMENT

  • Min 1 year of working experience in marketing/digital/communications.

  • Possess a Diploma and above.

  • Have experience in the beauty / fashion / FMCG industries.

  • An individual that takes initiative and is highly driven.

  • Highly meticulous and organized

  • Ability to work and navigate well within a dynamic team

  • Strong communication skills

  • Fast learner and ability to multi-task

  • Versatile and adaptable to changes

  • Ability to engage effectively and manage multiple internal and external stakeholders

  • Proficiency in MS Office namely Word, Excel and Powerpoint

  • Possess excellent comprehension in verbal and written Mandarin and English.
