Robert Half is working with a client who needs an immediate Marketing Assistant:
Location: Indianapolis, Atlanta, Boston (Preferred), or Remote
Our client is seeking a dynamic and data-driven individual to join our AMER Field Marketing team in a contract position. As a Marketing Program Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing key projects for the AMER Digital Field Marketing Team, influencing how we engage with prospective and existing customers. This role involves collaborating with key sales stakeholders to activate programs in the field, contributing to the overall success of our marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Conduct deep analysis of business segments and report on campaign pipeline effectiveness, tracking key data points such as top deals, ACV attainment, and pipeline numbers.
Manage campaign tactics, including segmentation, email programs, digital campaigns, and content creation to drive effective demand generation.
Develop compelling go-to-market plans aligned with pipeline and revenue goals, presenting them to sales and marketing leadership audiences.
Collaborate as a business stakeholder and partner with senior sales leadership to ensure successful demand generation execution.
Work cross-functionally with extended marketing and sales teams to ensure quality and timely campaign execution across all channels.
Understand the marketing calendar, update it with new events, and promote activities to internal teams.
Build trusting relationships, demonstrate credibility, and use strong communication skills to partner effectively with stakeholders for improved decision-making.
Think creatively, contribute to big ideas, and execute on tactics to drive successful marketing programs.
Requirements
Requirements:
2 years of experience in marketing programs, campaigns, and websites, preferably within B2B and High Tech industries.
Proficient in orchestrating and measuring various marketing tactics, including paid digital, SEM, direct mail, events, and SEO related to campaigns.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel or other analytical tools.
Experience using Salesforce with strong reporting skills is highly preferred.
Creative thinker capable of generating innovative marketing ideas and leading cross-functional teams for successful execution.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of management.
Ability to define and drive project execution with minimal guidance.
Proven track record of performing well in a fast-paced environment, with organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
Bachelor's degree required.
Experience/Skills Preferred:
Experience with other marketing tools such as Marketo, Eloqua, Responsys, Google Analytics, Omniture, Demandbase, etc., is preferred.
Ability to thrive in a high-growth environment that is constantly evolving.
Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detaill.
