　　Your New Role...

　　The Manager, SEC Reporting will assist with planning, preparation, and review of the Company's SEC filings and compliance with SEC reporting regulations.

　　Your Role Accountabilities...

　　Assist with the planning, preparation, and review of the company's SEC filings, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, Registration statements, 8-K, Proxy statement, and others.Prepare and review disclosures in compliance with applicable U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations.Research and draft new disclosures related to new accounting standards or unique transactions.Work directly with internal and external audit to ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley and timely submission of requested audit documentation.Assist with the planning, preparation, and review of financial statements for various 401-K and pension plans.Other duties and tasks may be assigned as needed.

　　Qualifications & Experience...

　　BS/BA in accounting from an accredited universityMinimum of 5 years of experienceCPA requiredFinancial reporting experience or external audit experience with a SEC registrant is strongly preferredExperience with Workiva preferredAttention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skillsAbility to meet deadlines under pressureMust be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional team members at all levelsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsEmbraces change driven by evolving business initiatives and maintains positivity when time-sensitive milestones shift
