Directs assigned staff in quality patientcare. Works with Director in development and modifications to proceduresfor Imaging Services department and staff. Other duties as assigned.EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: Demonstrated competency and knowledge in thearea of operations and/or a minimum of 3 years of experience in aRadiology environment is required.EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: Bachelor\'sDegree in Health Science, Health Administration, or related field isrequired. Two years experience in healthcare management/supervisoryexperience may be considered in lieu of degree or current enrollment inBachelor degree program with a completion date with 2 years.SPECIALSKILLS DESCRIPTION: Ability to use standard office equipment includingcalculator, copy machine, computer terminal, printer, and facsimilemachine. Ability to communicate well with all levels of organization andeffectively resolve problem situations. Ability to use general medicalequipment including first aid equipment. Ability to use patient mobilitydevices including patient carts, wheelchairs, and patient liftingdevices. Ability to use and understand assigned Modality Imagingequipment. Highly effective written and oral communication skills. Read,write, high degree of aptitude and precision in mathematics includingmetric knowledge. Highly effective interpersonal skills. Demonstratedeffective leadership, supervisory and management skills.
