　　This role is a hybrid between a UX Designer/ Business Analyst/ ADA Website Compliance Manager

　　Dive deep into user research: Uncover the desires, pain points, and unspoken needs of our target audience through surveys, interviews, and usability testing.

　　User Research Surveys and Interviews. Craft compelling user journeys: Map out the ideal path users should take to achieve their goals, ensuring every step is smooth, efficient, and frustration-free.

　　Wireframe your way to victory: Translate complex ideas into tangible blueprints, laying the groundwork for intuitive information architecture and seamless navigation.v

　　Bring your vision to life with prototypes: Transform wireframes into interactive mockups, allowing users and stakeholders to experience your design firsthand and provide valuable feedback.r

　　Refine and iterate with the user in mind: Embrace a growth mindset, constantly testing and improving your designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights.

　　Collaborate like a champion: Work hand-in-hand with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless design-to-development handover and a stellar user experience.

　　Requirements

　　You'll be a top candidate if you show us the following skill sets

　　Application Integration experience desired

　　-Knowledge of Website ADA Website Compliance

　　-Knowledge of WCAG International Standards

　　-QA Testing

　　-The Following Software; PunchOut Catalog, Remarcable

　　-An understanding of EDI

　　-Basic Developer Skills

　　-Good with listening

　　-Excellent customer support skills; internal and external.
