Description:

　　 Proficient interpersonal skills to work effectively as part of an integrated team in a small office environment.  Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written.  Strong work ethic and readiness to accept responsibility.  Proficient with computers and software, to include AutoCAD/Civil 3D and Microsoft Office applications.  Critical thinking and observation skills. Education, Certifications and Experience.  Civil Engineer Designer: Minimum 2-4 years of experience working in a civil engineering related drafting position preferred. Proficiency with AutoCAD and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D is preferred over other CAD software applications. Basic knowledge of math and geometry. Minimum responsibilities for the CAD Technician / Designer position include but are not limited to.  Computer drafting and preparation of civil construction documents.  Preparing permit submittal documents.  Frequent phone and email communication with clients, engineers, sub-consultants, and government personnel.
