　　As the Manager, IT Supplier Strategy and Management - Operations you build strategic relationships and partnerships with internal IT stakeholders and external vendors to ensure proactive management of the IT demand pipeline.

　　What You Will Do

　　Partner with stakeholders to understand and document the pipeline of contracts for future projects and engage with IT Procurement to ensure supplier selection RFP processes are followed.Drive the proper completion and authoring of project scope, requirements, deliverables, entrance/exit criteria and milestones for Statement of Work and Change Orders.Regularly evaluate the efficiency of processes and procedures according to objectives, recommend and apply improvements.Establish common goals between key stakeholders and partners.Working with the applicable IT Leads and PMs, ensure that program/project deliverables and milestones are aligned to SOW timelines and budgets.Ensure timely escalation and mitigation of issues and risks to ensure a smooth deployment process, as applicable.Partner with the IT Supplier Management team to ensure compliance with regulations, policies, standards, procedures, and associated documentation, and partner with IT resources to understand requirements and capture accordingly in RFP/SOW templates for use in partner engagement.Develop and build robust integration with Finance, Legal and Procurement teams.Provide guidance and mentoring on business processes to other IT members, as applicable.Financial focus on delivering activities on budget, leveraging time on value-driven activities, and ensuring external resources meet contractual deliverables.Develop and prepare reports for IT Management on supplier portfolio and pipeline activities.

　　What You Need

　　Bachelor's degree in the areas of Business, Computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent technical field of study required.8+ years of relevant professional experience is required.Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with Senior Management required.2+ years experience developing Statements of Work with Professional Service providers preferred.Supplier engagement experience preferred.Contract, IT, or Regulatory Compliance experience preferred.Strong knowledge MS Excel and SharePoint preferred.Understanding and knowledge of enterprise systems and processes preferred.International experience and/or exposure working in other business functions preferred.Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills preferred.
