ABOUT THE POSITION: The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing, or arranging for, the repair and maintenance of the physical assets (property and equipment) for Compass Housing Alliance, a multi-facility housing agency with 20+ buildings in the Seattle-King County Metropolitan area. This is a unionized position, represented by Local 8 of the Office and Professional Employees International Union (OPEIU)..

Offering a $1,000 Signing Bonus to someone hired in this position. Paid upon completion of 60 days of satisfactory employment with Compass Housing Alliance, in a lump sum and fully taxable.

QUALIFICATIONS:
A minimum of 3 years' experience working in a maintenance or facilities capacity or related field.
