Looking for a senior project manager with 5+ years of experience in mergers and acquisition's.
Description:
The Corporate Development Team is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager who will lead acquisition integrations projects, facilitate collaboration, and communicate with key stakeholders. This role will report directly to the M&A Integrations Director and will work closely with the different workstreams from corporate, segment to operating companies.
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing integration projects that involve multiple departments, teams, and/or vendors. They will own the planning and governance along with overseeing the successful completion of the integration plan. The Senior Project Manager must have strong practical experience in project management, gained through managing large and complex projects. They should also have excellent people and communication skills so they can effectively coordinate across different teams and ensure everyone is on the same page.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
• 10+ years progressive experience in leading the deployment of large and/or enterprise scale initiatives.
• 10+ years experience working within teams to deliver business solutions.
• Proven experience in performing the overall program management role for large scale project initiatives.
• PMP Certification or 15+ years in leading projects
• Experience in Mergers and Acquisitions, with focus on integration
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams to deliver system solutions.
• Advanced change leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage communication, negotiate successful outcomes, identify risks, and engage stakeholders.
• Extensive experience in building detailed, project plans and the creation of all project management artifacts.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment, meet deadlines, and simultaneously develop, deploy, and coordinate multiple projects, including ERP conversions
• Project management experience leading initiatives of 12+ months in duration, and project teams consisting of 25+ full-time/part-time project team members.
• Deep level of proficiency and understanding of the linkage between business processes, people, and systems.
• Strong business acumen across multiple functional areas and processes.
• Solid in Smartsheets, PowerApps and Power BI
• Proven ability to effectively communicate ideas and solutions across all levels of the organization, including operational employees, senior management, technical personnel, and consultants (written & verbal).
• Strong facilitation skills to drive issue resolution and consensus efficiently and effectively across all levels of the organization, as well as multiple business units / functional area stakeholders.
• Well-versed in project management information systems and methodology.
• Ability to participate in program activities occurring in multiple time zones and travel as necessary.
