Description:
Full-time position in clinic from 8am-4:30pm but seeing participants from 9am-3/3:30pm
Manages patient care in the clinic - especially for wound care and foot care
There will be some phlebotomy when the certified nursing assistant is not working
Providing vaccinations
Supports participants with downloading diabetic readings from their continuous glucose monitors
Supporting with clinic management and patient flow
There are a total of 150 participants at this clinic which amounts to 5-8 patients seen daily
There might be the occasional request to see participants in the community, but not frequently
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Licensed through the WA DOH (LPN/LVP/RN)
National provider BLS - American Heart Association
Education sufficient for license
Driving may be necessary - proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request
1 year of experience with the geriatric is a NICE TO HAVE
Experience working with the frail and elderly
