Job Description

　　An employer in the Cincinnati, OH is seeking an LPN for a contract to hire opportunity. This person will be supporting a pediatrics primary care office and will work 1 on 1 with an MD. They will primarily be responsible for rooming patients, taking vitals, filling out join commission questions, Checkups, Same day visits, Flu and covid Vaccines, Blood work, Finger sticks, Eye and hearing exams and post appoint follow ups via phone and mychart.

　　Shift:

　　Monday 11am -- 7:00pm

　　Tuesday 8am -- 5pm

　　Wednesday OFF

　　Thursday 8am -- 5pm

　　Friday 8am -- 5pm

　　Every 7-8 weekends 8-noon

　　Skills and Requirements

　　1+ year as an LPN Phlebotomy

　　primary care (family practice, internal medicine, peds) or urgent care experience

　　Epic / Mychart experience null
