Minimum qualifications:

　　Master's degree in supply chain management, a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.

　　4 years of experience in supply chain management with emphasis on functional roles in procurement, planning, fulfillment or operations.

　　3 years of experience in vendor management.

　　Preferred qualifications:

　　Experience working in large-scale operations, third-party logistics relationships, and cost management.

　　Experience interacting with clients or internal stakeholders.

　　Knowledge of data centers, cloud operations, facilities management, engineering and construction.

　　In this role, you will lead and manage all logistics operations required within the Google data center campuses, Jenga's and mini-clusters in North and South America, including standard services such as receiving, shipping, quality control, rack movements, rack placement, tray assembly, cabling, spare parts management, decommissions, returns and Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA's).

　　The US base salary range for this full-time position is $102,000-$150,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. 　　Own the day-to-day logistics operations management of multiple data center locations.

　　Create, lead, and support cross-functional company initiatives/projects.

　　Manage third-party partners with associates on their teams dedicated to our account. Manage and monitor metrics for key Performance Indicators (KPIs), vendor performance scorecards, and development of business cases to support logistics process changes and/or improvements.

　　Manage relationships with multiple internal customers at data centers.

　　Identify improvement opportunities to the cost and/or quality of services to be provided. Be proactive in turning these thoughts into a documented business case, present the business case to the peers and management for approval, and provide ongoing project management.
