About Local LMS Administrator

  You are empowered to use your voice and expertise to have a positive impact on your team, our business, and health technologies that will improve the health, well-being, and care for people around the world. You will report directly to the QMS Manager.

  Your role:

  Administer local learning assignments by using the standardized training administration processes

  Create, Manage and Maintain Local Standardized Roles in the Learning Management System

  Deploy local learning requirements and assign to the correct learning audiences as defined by Business Process Owners

  Test and review each learning before deployment of assignment

  Ensure that learning content is controlled and access to make changes is managed

  Ensure that managers assign the correct training profiles to all individual employees based on job requirement profiles

  Provide support to learners on using the Learning Management System

  Provide audit support and subject matter expertise for local QMS.

  Report on training compliance and training‐related KPIs for local QMS supported.

  Monitor training compliance metrics for local QMS supported.

  Supports Internal, FDA, EU MDR, MDSAP and/or ISO Audit Logistics

  You're the right fit if:

  You’ve acquired 2+ years of experience in job-related experience and education and 2+ year of Training Administration experience with administering QMS relevant training

  Your skills include administering an LMS in a large department or functional level, ability to report training KPIs for local QMS, experience in regulated industry, preferably medical devices, experience working with FDA or other government agencies

  You have a degree or equivalent years of experience

  You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

  You’re a self-starter with demonstrable experience authoritatively contributing to projects and ability to be flexible in work schedules to accommodate meeting across multiple time zones .)

  Additional Information

  Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Pittsburgh, PA.
