Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled QA Compliance Test Manager who will be responsible for Overall testing delivery lead primarily accountable for testing service delivery.

　　Roles & Responsibilities

　　* Responsible for Quality Assurance (QA) oversight of GxP software quality and validation, which includes but is not limited to, Infrastructure QA approvals of Specification, IQ, OQ, System specific procedures related to IT-owned systems, conducting Vendor Quality Audits and the enforcement of applicable standard operating procedures.

　　* Overall QEA delivery lead primarily accountable for overall testing service delivery across SDLC/Compliance and QEA delivery function

　　* Primary responsibility on E2e operations providing leadership guidance timely adherence, decision making on various operation activities - resource management external hiring

　　* Conduct Periodic delivery and risk reviews with the key leads on a weekly basis

　　* Bring in industry best practices tools and accelerators as applicable Single point.

　　* DriveTransformationinitiatives across various programs

　　* Able to articulateautomation challengesand how he/she deliveredcomplex engagement.

　　* Drivecontinuous improvementand help in extending and taking business outcome to customer and stakeholders.

　　* Monthlygovernancewith client to present similar best practices, solutions from other accounts, discuss pipeline business opportunities, delivery and Resourcing challenges.

　　Required Qualifications:

　　* 13 to 15 years of experience GxP software quality and validation, which includes but is not limited to, Infrastructure QA approvals of Specification.

　　* Hands on experience in QA support for infrastructure projects with focus on IT Security systems and projects.

　　* Strong knowledge of SDLC, testing methodologies, test strategy/planning, test design & execution

　　* Strong Life science experience, able to articulate the best practices across life cycle system

　　* Strong in Communication and able to articulate.

　　* Agile knowledge is a must including various Agile ceremonies & processes.

　　* Automation tools knowledge and experience in any one of automation tool

　　* Hands on experience with Test Management & Defect Management tools like, XRAY, JIRA etc

　　* Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent qualification

　　Preferred Skills/Qualification:

　　* Preferable to have hands on DevOps methodology

　　* Knowledge on System integrations and some ERP systems works.

　　* Hands on experience in any automation tool and framework
