The Lead Total Rewards Specialist is instrumental in implementing competitive and equitable compensation structures and benefit programs. This role will be responsible for the company payroll practice, design and administration of the benefit programs and establishing policies in alignment with Lifespark's strategic plan that allow for growth and scalability. This role will also perform data analysis and monitor trends to determine the best pay and benefits practices, while identifying and implementing ways to improve the current processes, practices, and policies. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a desire to own and develop a function that has a deep impact across the company to attract, retain, and build top-tier talent. Whether it is developing new world-class total rewards policies, diving deep into market research, analyzing big data, and benchmarking, the person in this position will be involved in solving complex and interesting problems within the organization. Given the nature of the work, it also creates huge opportunities for collaboration with departments in and outside of the Talent team. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field HR certification, Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified Employment Benefits Specialist (CEBS) or other HR certification designation preferred. 5+ years of related professional HR experience (health care or senior living experience highly preferred) to include supervisory responsibilities. 3+ years experience in Compensation and Benefits Proven experience and knowledge of strategic relationship building and conflict resolution are required. Experience in activating human capital as a strategic contributor to long-term organizational success. Demonstrated success in project management, including organizational and planning skills.
