TITLE: Lead Software DeveloperLOCATION: Maryland Heights, Missouri

　　JOB SUMMARY:Design, develop, modify, and implement applications and/or services designed to support organization’s applications. Write code and perform unit and integration testing of software to ensure proper and efficient and adherence to business and technical requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely and accurate manner to improve performance and functionality of applications and web services. Assist with development and implementation of strategies for migration, consolidation, and upgrade of system components. Lead code review sessions to validate adherence with development standards and provide input to development teams. Develop and provide support for the Spectrum Mobile Buyflows by investigating, researching, and communicating to backend teams for assistance. Recommend efficiencies of various software systems by implementing, monitoring, testing, and auditing new software programs. Establish frameworks for upcoming projects and initiatives so they are accomplished with precision and in a timely manner. Analyze and develop java solutions. Analyze and resolve issues by coordinating with internal team members to diagnose and fix operational difficulties, as well as to consult, advise, and train on specialized features and functions. Ensure monitoring and alerts are in place for all critical services, infrastructure, and vendor connections using Splunk, App Dynamics, and Solarwinds. Utilize Java and J2EE to design, code, develop, and test applications. Build and develop Enterprise Web applications using Spring MVC. Utilize Oracle SQL to handle data and perform database operations. Utilize Microservices to build applications. Utilize Junit and Mockito to write unit test cases and test applications.

　　EDUCATION/REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field; 2 years of experience utilizing Java or J2EE to design, code, develop, and test applications; building and developing Enterprise Web applications using Spring MVC; utilizing Oracle SQL to handle data and perform database operations; utilizing Microservices to build applications; and utilizing Junit and Mockito to write unit test cases and test applications.
