  In this Role, you’ll get to: 

  コミュニケーションチャネル(電話・メール)を通じてお客様(ゲストとパートナー)のサポートとニーズを管理 クライアントやお客様からの大量のお問い合わせを専門的に対応 個人(KPI)とチームの目標を達成 作業プロセスの改善 チームリーダーおよび(または)マネージャーとのコミュニケーション 必要に応じて、オフィスベースの管理業務を実行。 お客様情報の機密性を常に維持 運用上の問題、価格設定/請求書のお問い合わせなど、お客様の問題を解決 What you’ll Need to Succeed:

  日本語ネイティブ(JLPTN1)と英語ビジネスレベル  電話マナーとコミュニケーションスキル リスニングスキル ローテーションシフト・横浜オフィス勤務と在宅勤務を組み合わせたハイブリッドワークで働ける方 チーム環境で主導的に作業する能力 機密性 能動的な問題解決ができる方 業界未経験・職種未経験の方や第二新卒の方も歓迎します!
