Job Description

　　Insight Global is seeking a Secret Cleared IT Specialist to support a federal client of ours onsite in Pensacola, FL. This role is supporting the federal government, providing IT support to the local bases across the United States. The day to day includes:

　　* Tier 1 and 2 troubleshooting

　　* Diagnosing computer and laptop issues

　　* Printer and related hardware resets

　　* User account support

　　* Customer service

　　* Working through trouble tickets

　　Skills and Requirements

　　* Active DoD Secret Clearance

　　* 4+ years of professional experience

　　* Security+ Certification

　　* Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting null
