Summary This position is located in the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), Business Product Delivery Office (BPDO), in various divisions/branches within the BPDO structure. The Business Product Delivery Office is a product-centric, DevSecOps organization that delivers business value to customers via software, from initial design to the deployment and ongoing operation. Serve in multiple roles to proactively lead product stakeholders throughout the DevSecOps process for complex products or information systems. Serve as an advisor to the designated System Owner on all matters involving the security and privacy posture of one or more products or information systems. Perform duties of a Contractor Officer's Representative (COR) or Task Order Manager (TOM) to support the planning and execution needs for a product or information system. TW5R: Remote (TEAP-over 50 mile straight line distance from USPTO Alexandria, VA Campus) This position is eligible for fully remote work anywhere within the 50 United States, District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico. Specialized experience for this position includes: Managing team workloads, performance, and resources using agile ceremonies, (i.e. Sprint Planning, Daily Stand Up, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective) along with agile tools to ensure transparency for stakeholders throughout the product life cycle; and Serving as an Information Technology Product/Project Manager for products using Agile methodologies and approaches to support continued improvement and delivery through the product life cycle. Additional Information This position requires the incumbent to work off-duty and unscheduled hours as necessary to restore systems to a normal or production-ready state. Federal Acquisition Certification (FAC) Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) Level 2 (at a minimum) is desired at time of hire and required within 14 months of hire. Level 3 certification may be required within reasonable timeframe.
