　　Our client is a SEC-registered RIA servicing individuals, families, and institutional clients. They have real estate and private equity funds. AUM is over 1 billion.

　　Investor Services Associate

　　San Francisco; Hybrid

　　$90k-110k + Bonus

　　Day to Day:

　　Handle capital call procedures, including calculating the amount for each investor and sending out notices.

　　Collaborate with the Investment Operations team to secure funds for clients facing upcoming capital calls.

　　Support the Operations team in processing money movements for call amounts and provide regular updates on call status.

　　Reconcile capital call inflows, ensuring accuracy per investor and confirming all owed amounts are funded.

　　Record capital call amounts accurately in Fort Point’s reporting and CRM systems.

　　Assist in various tasks for the private fund’s monthly close, annual audit, and tax preparation.

　　Work closely with the Director of Operations and Head of the Private Funds practice.

　　Requirements

　　Ideal Candidate:

　　2+ years of experience in fund administration, public accounting (audit or tax), with a focus on asset management clients.

　　Excellent communication skills.

　　Keen attention to detail.

　　Advanced excel skills.
