We are Del Monte Foods - Growers of Good.The Supply Chain Capabilities Senior Manager will play a critical role in enhancing our supply chain efficiency and effectiveness through data analytics, reporting, and strategic insights. This role is responsible for overseeing and leading a team to collect, analyze, and interpret data related to our supply chain operations. The insights generated will inform decision-making, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive cost reductions and process enhancements.The salary range for this role is: $104,335 - $187,674.Responsibilities:Data Strategy and TechnologyDevelop and execute a data strategy for supply chain insights, including data collection, storage, and visualization.Identify and implement appropriate data management tools and technologies.Become subject matter expert on reporting suite and streamline storage, process, and maintenance.Work closely with IT and technology teams to implement data-driven solutions and automate processes.Data Analysis and ReportingDevelop and implement advanced data analysis techniques to identify trends, anomalies, and performance metrics within the supply chain.Create and maintain detailed reports, dashboards, and KPIs to provide visibility into key supply chain performance indicators.Oversee data collection, integration, and maintenance to ensure data accuracy and integrity.Lead scorecard development for cross-functional supply chain performance.Performance MeasurementEstablish key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of supply chain operations.Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for real-time visibility into supply chain performance.
