Roles and Responsibilities
Partner with China ULS commercial leadership team, providing guidance and influence to deliver on business results, and longer term growth model
Responsible for optimizing the pricing strategy, pricing control, SPA and review, Channel Incentive, Commission, SPIFF, working closely with commercial leaders ensure ROI and margin protection.
Ensure the investments reflect customer needs and align with companywide strategy and product roadmap
Communicate in depth and timely business performance analysis enable actionable items for continuous improvement
Ensure key processes and controls (e.g. Revenue controls: reversals, Pending installation) are in place to support a world class financial operation
Drive operational mechanisms and continuously improve process through Lean principles to deliver business results and efficiency
•Design and proactively manage risks, early identification and mitigatingParticipate forecast and financial simulations mechanism and visibility according to current business trends.Support internal finance processes – e.g. budgets, risks & opportunities process
Requirement
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration and 10+ years financial work experience.
At least 8 years of experience managing a multi-functional Finance organization
Desirable Qualifications:
Adequate knowledge of healthcare industry, future changes in clinical guidelines
Master’s degree in Business Administration or Finance is preferred
Graduate of GE's Financial Management Program (FMP), Experienced Financial Leadership Program (EFLP) or Corporate Audit Staff (CAS); or graduate of other financial leadership programs
Strong knowledge of GE financial and commercial operating systems
Experience working in a matrixed environment and a multi-cultural environment
Experience in developing forecasts & operating plans and leading business / finance reviews.
Demonstrated experience and understanding of Accounting Principles and Controllership.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate complex business issues in a clear/concise manner
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others and drive change while working across all levels, functions, and regions. Prioritize minimum gemba walks to enable frontline dynamics.
Strong critical thinking skills and ability to add value to operating teams
Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills
Ability to work under tight deadlines and to prioritize under pressure; accelerate pacing of actions; collaborate for a dynamic daily management system.
Adaptable/Flexible: being open to change in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances, and/or to work in ambiguous situations
