Position Title: Inventory Assistant
Department: Accounting
Location : Greeley, CO Value Added Plant
Salary Class: Salary Non- Exempt
Purpose & Scope:
Our Company is in search of an experienced Supply Clerk who will be responsible for purchasing and distributing supplies for the whole Greeley Value Added facility. The mission of the supply clerk is to attain his/her work safely and ergonomically with the highest level of quality; being consistent and efficient. Assist with inventory, maintenance, counter, receiving, etc.
Principle Responsibilities:
Accurately and promptly input inventory adjustments to SAP for vendor received materials/parts and plant-to-plant transfers.
Compile received invoices and packing lists with daily Receipt Evaluation Report.
Reconcile vendor invoice discrepancies and work with accounting, Accounts Payable, and vendors to resolve any problems.
Work through Goods Received/Invoice Received problems to resolution.
Deliveries will require handling using any of the following: hand trucks, pallet jack, and fork lift.
Receiving supplies into store room as they are brought in
Distributing supplies to individuals that are coming in for supplies
Perform cycle counts and audits as needed to maintain inventory accuracy
Verify physical counts of inventory identifying variances from previous day
Assist in maintaining chemical inventory

Requirements:
Education: Minimum high school diploma or equivalency required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in positions of accounting / inventory or similar
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Working Conditions:
General office environment but prepared to go onto the production floor
Production and maintenance settings
Able to work in a fast paced environment with proficient accuracy, some heavy lifting; working with many cultures of people.
Schedule M-F and Saturday when needed. Overtime eligible.

Base salary range of $22.00
