Full time position
HOURS: Five (5), eight (8) hour shifts - the successful candidate will be required to work any hours or days depending on the needs of the facility.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Intake/Aftercare Coordinator provides support and guidance to NEXUS Family Members. The position is responsible for managing, coordinating, and implementing an individualized comprehensive Intake/Aftercare program for Nexus graduates with the goal to ensure offenders adhere to program and societal rules while supporting a crime free lifestyle.
Works with Nexus and CCCS, Inc. staff to collect and maintain program statistical information monthly and as requested. Maintain contact with appropriate government officials to monitor an individual's progress upon release.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
A Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Sciences or appropriate field.
At least two years case management or counseling experience in a correctional or a human service type position.
Experience working with adult offenders in a therapeutic community or community corrections facility is preferred.
