FEDERAL PROJECT MANAGER

　　Actalent is looking for a full-time Federal Project Manager to support our client, a premier full-service general contractor primarily serving federal government clients. They're working on an on-site schedule at Fort McNair.

　　Job Responsibilities:

　　Our client is seeking someone to come in as an APM or PM to begin running projects. This is a renovation project at Fort McNair, near DC, for 15 homes. This is about a $5 million project. They have a healthy backlog and work coming through which is why they hiring.

　　Qualifications & Experience

　　Engineering Degree (does not need to be from the US)

　　Ability to get the USACE certification

　　Construction management

　　Project management

　　Project engineer

　　Construction

　　Change order

　　RFI

　　Federal construction
