Presidio is a leading a global digital services and solutions provider focused on Digital Infrastructure, Business Analytics, Cloud, Security & Emerging solutions.THE ROLE: Inside Client Manager (ICM)Travel Requirements:This position does not require any travelJob Responsibilities:Act as the primary internal point of contact for our customers in conjunction with account managersAttend customer meetings to strengthen existing relationships, forge new relationships to better understand customer objectives, and participate in the close-out of projectsDelegate customer report requests, run-rate quotes, and orders to appropriate internal resourcesMaintain Salesforce account data integrity to ensure customer account, contact, and project information is accurate and up-to-dateWork with Solution Architect to build a bill of materials that meets customer requirementsGenerate accurate quotes for solution businessIdentify opportunities for cross-selling to the current customer baseManage the registration process to ensure the best pricing possible for both Presidio and customers with input from the Account Manager and leveraging the Deals DeskPartner with specific vendors to quickly and accurately source quotes. Leverage relationships with vendors through meeting attendance and communication to maintain awareness of promotions and vendor pricing programsParticipate in sales operations meetings as requiredAssist with New Hire onboarding supportReceives work direction from department leadership; however, is responsible for prioritizing his/her own work by sales allocation, date needed to fill, and logistics of work orderAdditional responsibilities as requiredEducation and Experience:Bachelor's degree and/or related experience and/or military experience3+ years of experiencePreferred experience with Cisco, Dell/EMC, VM Ware SalesFlexible schedule to assist in resolving high-priority issues during peak periodsAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft software applications (excel, word, etc)Knowledge of IT infrastructure/solutions manufacturers in the enterprise spaceStrong customer service skills with a continuous service orientation focusAbility to work closely and effectively with members across departments and at all levels of the organizationA drive for achievement and excellence, attention to detail, adaptability/flexibility, analytical thinking, dependability, initiative, independence, integrity, persistence, self-control, social orientation, and stress toleranceInteracting with vendors on behalf of the customer. Solving customer delivery and material challengesHandling a wide variety of customer inquiries, including quoting, billing, sales, and technical supportExcellent time management and organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritizeStrong communication and interpersonal skills and dedication to customer satisfaction
