Job Description

　　Our client the Factory, Labs, Network, and Edge Compute team is seeking an experienced project manager to lead and deliver on infrastructure projects through their Navigation and Delivery Maestro initiative. This is a global team since they have sites everywhere -- as soon as this individual gets an intake and it gets approved by the business -- a PM is assigned the project. This individual will be looking at JIRA notifications -- scoping, quoting and execution -- gathering user stories (in Jira a task will be assigned to them) -- scheduling meetings, and identifying stakeholders(in Jira or Iris), during that meeting the manager has a user story checklist that needs to be ran in these meetings. Gather scope and after that is aligned with the team, it closes and is moved to quoting. The hiring manager will help this individual with the quote -- by creating a task in Jira and contacting the right POCs. Once the quote is all set, it will be sent to the business -- and ready to the next one. The scope will be technical infrastructure in nature -- so this individual needs to understand the concept (no configuration is needed). Could have anywhere from 5-10 projects based on complexity.

　　Skills and Requirements

　　5+ years of experience within project management - Analysis, brainstorming, decision-making, forecasting, problem solving, demand capacity planning

　　Strong experience on infrastructure and technical project delivery -- (firewalls, network switches, WAN circuits, cabling= projects that this individual will coordinate)

　　*  TCP/IP Networking exposure

　　* General experience/exposure to subnetting, routing, and firewall knowledge

　　Proficiency with technical writing and process documentation (Intake process and documentation)

　　Able to gather project scope and document all deliverables in JIRA -- must be very knowledgeable of all issue types and JIRA workflows

　　Scrum and Agile experience required

　　Confluence experience and Proficient with MS Visio

　　Knowledge of cloud platforms and cloud computing - Hosting (on prem and cloud)/Server provisioning

　　Expert at Office 365 including vast knowledge of Outlook scheduling and Microsoft teams usage - navigate a teams SharePoint/schedule a meeting with busy calendars/spreadsheets and running excel macros

　　Strong critical thinking skills - Problem solving/Researching/Brainstorming/Analysis of situations/projects Knowledge of JQL language a plus

　　Healthcare background

　　Networking background -- WAN circuit delivery or new infrastructure experience of setting up a data center

　　Someone who can help on a program level as well to help manage the entire team of contractors -- governance null
