  Tech III:$30 - $40+ per hour

  Who are You at MacLellan?

  As the HVAC Technician at MacLellan, you are part of Best People . You will learn and utilize our Best Systems to inspect, troubleshoot, service, and repair industrial and commercial heating, ventilating, air conditioning, along with electrical, mechanical, and energy management control systems. Because you are passionately committed to being the best, you engage our clients daily to grow our business relationships, using your foresight to see potential issues and by delivering timely solutions to avert those same issues to produce Best Results.

  What are the skills necessary for success?

  Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

  Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when needed(Tech III)

  What experience is needed for success?

  Minimum 1 year HVAC experience preferred.(Tech I)

  3-years minimum of progressive, professional experience performing maintenance, service, and repair of HVAC systems and equipment.(Tech II)

  5-years minimum of progressive, professional experience performing maintenance, service, and repair of HVAC systems and equipment.(Tech III)

  EPA 608 Certification is preferred.(Tech II & III)

  Pre-Employment Drug Testing Notification and Policy:

  After a conditional offer of employment, all job applicants at MacLellan Integrated Services will undergo testing for the presence of illegal drugs.

  Applicants will be required to submit voluntarily to a urine specimen test at a laboratory chosen by the Company. Any applicant who refuses to submit to a drug test or is suspected by the lab to have tampered with the specimen will not be considered for employment.

  Prior to testing, an applicant will be given the opportunity to list all prescription drugs used and their purpose. All legal drugs found in a drug test result will be verified by a Medical Review Officer (MRO), who will verify that prescriptions are valid and being used at the prescribed amounts and that said amounts are reflected appropriately in the urine.

  Any applicant with a confirmed positive test will be denied employment.

  Post-Employment Drug Testing:

  All employees can be drug tested randomly, upon suspicion, post-accident or any other purpose allowed by law.

  Note: This form is not used to obtain consent and is for informational purposes only. Drug testing consent will be obtained per FCRA requirements in a separate process.
