Thisindividual will collaborate with the General Manager and Business UnitLeaders to translate current and future business goals and tactics thatwill align with the overall human resource strategies and processes. TheHR Business Partner will be responsible for leading the administrationof collective bargaining agreements including grievance handling andnegotiations in a union setting as well as planning and conducting newemployee onboarding, orientation, and assimilation for both hourly andsalaried employees. Education and Experience: Bachelor\'s degree with anemphasis in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relatedfield. Master\'s degree in a related field and/or Professionalcertification is a plus. Minimum of 5-10 years in either a generalistrole or in a succession of assignments in various HR disciplines. 5+years of human resources management or business partner experiencewithin a manufacturing environment. . Experience managing employee/laborrelations for single/multi-site businesses including demonstratedpositive employee relations programs and activities. Experience withtalent management, including recruitment, performance management, andemployee training and development. Experience in project management,change management, and conflict management/resolution. Computer SkillsAbility to use a personal computer utilizing spreadsheet and wordprocessing software applications, databases, and automated systems toaccomplish work. Advanced/Intermediate skill level with Microsoft OfficeSuite; Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint preferred.
