Overview:

XDX Human Capital Management is seeking an HRIS Analyst to support People Operations and drive technology-enabled process improvements. We are looking for a tech-savvy professional with expertise in ServiceNow and a passion for leveraging AI to redefine HR processes. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver capable of identifying and implementing innovative solutions to enhance our global HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with People Operations to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation using ServiceNow and AI technologies.

Implement and optimize ServiceNow HR Service Delivery modules to streamline HR processes and enhance employee experience.

Collaborate with IT and vendors to configure, maintain, and integrate HR technology solutions.

Analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.

Research and propose AI-driven solutions to automate routine tasks and improve decision-making in People Operations.

Develop and maintain documentation for HR systems and processes.

Provide training and support to HR team members on new technologies and processes.

Stay current with emerging HR technologies and AI trends, evaluating their potential impact on our operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in HRIS/HRIT roles, with a focus on ServiceNow implementation and support.

Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.

Expertise in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery modules.

Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts and their applications in HR.

Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Project management experience.
