　　What’s a typical day as an Accounts Payable Clerk? You’ll be:

　　• Matching invoices to purchase orders to ensure accuracy.

　　• Scheduling payments and assisting with customer service.

　　• Performing data entry and customer order input.

　　• Printing invoices from email.

　　• Working closely with buyers to resolve pricing discrepancies.

　　• Processing invoices once issues are resolved.

　　• Assisting with customer service, answering phones, and entering orders.

　　• Filling in for breaks and vacations.

　　This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

　　• Have previous accounting and/or accounts payable experience.

　　• Possess accurate typing and data entry skills.

　　• Have basic computer skills.

　　• Are detail-oriented and able to work with numbers.

　　• Are a team player and can effectively communicate with others.
