Knoxville Community School District seeks to fill the following position:

　　FT - BUS DRIVER

　　Conducts pre-trip and post-trip inspections on the vehicle and its special equipment. Meets emergency situations in accordance with standard operating procedures. Supervises and maintains discipline among the passengers. Completes all required reports on time and in the manner prescribed. Satisfactorily completes required training programs. Attends all meetings called by the Director of Transportation. Communicates effectively with students, parents, and school staff. Maintains a consistent time schedule and reports any changes to the Director of Transportation as quickly as possible. Sees that the bus has sufficient fuel and oil and that any other necessary operational needs are met before starting any run. Performs all duties according to existing rules, regulations, and school policy. Performs such other tasks as may be assigned by the Director of Transportation.
