Your primary focus will be on developing user interface components and implementing them following well-known React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux). You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure in all phases of the software development lifecycle in a fast-paced agile setup.* Write reusable, testable, and efficient code* Develop new user-facing features using React.js* Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use* Translate designs and wireframes into high quality code* Optimize components for high performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers* Implement software enhancements and suggest improvements* Implementation of security and data protection* Performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability, automation* Work collaboratively with UI/UX Designers, Product Owners and Architects to understand end user requirements to provide technical solutions and for the implementation of new software features* Participate in feature grooming, provide inputs in design and perform story point estimation
