TEKsystems is looking for a Senior UKG Dimensions/Boomi Engineer to work on a long-term contract (12 months+). We are starting to consider 100% remote for this opportunity. (60% of this person's time will be spent developing integrations using Boomi and 40% will be spent working inside the Workforce Central and Workforce Dimensions tool)

　　Description: As a Senior UKG Dimensions Boomi Engineer, you will be responsible for hands on design, configuration and support installing and configuring the features of Workforce Management software, customized to suit the organization’s requirements and each respective sector specific to UKG Dimensions using BOOMI.

　　• Maintain current in-depth technical, functional, and operational knowledge of UKG Dimensions.

　　• Experience with UKG Workforce Central and understanding of WFC/WFD differences.

　　• Participate in the full lifecycle of UKG product implementation from discovery through design, build, test, and user adoption.

　　• Discover and analyze client business requirements and business processes.

　　• Create usable documentation including audit findings, business requirements, and product design documents.

　　• Translate findings and product design documentation into properly configured applications (Timekeeping, Scheduler, etc.).

　　• Mentor and provide instruction and guidance to team members new to Dimensions and BOOMI.

　　• Collaborate closely with the Product Mgmt and Configuration Engineers to understand their integrations needs.

　　• Accountable to deliver integrations on time and with quality.

　　• Conduct root cause analysis to determine appropriate action plan for break/fix.

　　• Ensure 100% alignment to all policy, processes, and procedures.

　　• Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all areas of HR data and information, whether internal to Nike or customer specific.

　　• Participate in the development of testing scenarios and testing scripts; participates in application unit level and integrated testing, as well as user acceptance testing support.

　　• Build knowledge of the organization, processes, customers, and product end-users

　　• Leverage and follow Enterprise standard tools and processes, establishing robust traceability and audit process for integrations.

　　• Assist in Knowledge Transfer sessions to stakeholders and DEV/SEC/OPS sustain team at the completion of build and deployment.

　　WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH:

　　• Work with product management to understand business requirements.

　　• Work with integrations and cross product engineers to lead and drive the deliverables.

　　• Work with Engineering leadership and architecture teams to align on design and architecture.

　　WHAT YOU BRING

　　5+ years hands on experience in several Full Life Cycle implementation of the UKG Workforce Central or Workforce Dimensions, from planning to configuration through go-live and support but not limited to Timekeeping, Accruals and Advanced Scheduling.

　　3+ years’ experience in Dell Boomi components, connectors, Application Source Qualifier, Mapping Designer and Transformations and have a Boomi certification.

　　End-to-end experience with the following Dimensions modules:

　　Timekeeping

　　Absence (Accruals, Leave and Attendance)

　　3+ years’ experience working with cloud solutions.

　　Ability to lead Business Structure Workshops including working with UKG on approval.

　　Experience in working with SQL relational database management systems. SQL scripting knowledge would be a plus.

　　Experience in creating interfaces for upstream/downstream applications.

　　Involved in design, build, test, deploy and scheduling the Integration process involving third party systems.

　　Designed and developed integration using Boomi Atmosphere integration platform or Workforce Integration Manager or similar Integration Tools.

　　Experience working on Flat File, Json, XML, EDI Profiles and Java/Groovy Scripting experience would be preferred.

　　Knowledge on Rest API, SOAP framework, XML, Web service design would be good to have.

　　Excellent oral and written communication skills along with good customer interfacing skills. Detail oriented with superior analytical, problem solving, pragmatism and organization skills.

　　Ability to pick up new technologies and common applications.
