Responsibilities:
•Greet and direct visitors from security desk / check IDs
•Make visitor badges for building access
•Operate multi-line telephone system.
•Transfer and direct incoming telephone calls.•Book and reserve meeting rooms and standard conference rooms on Outlook
•Maintain visitor sign in logs •Troubleshoot reservation conflicts•Coordinate with AV and IT for any equipment requirements•Assist with special requests for meeting rooms•Maintains an organized and professional reception area. Monitors overall office appearance and environment to ensure first-class service•Maintain office telephone list•Perform data entry as required•Assist Office Service Associates with office moves and catering, as required.•Perform assigned duties of Office Services Associates during absences.
WILL ALSO HAVE SECURITY RESPONSIBILITIES
Qualifications:
•Must be fully vaccinated against Covid 19•Must have a HS diploma or GED.•Must be customer focused and display a professional demeanor.•Write and speak fluent English.•Possess mechanical aptitude.•Possess general computer knowledge (data entry).•1-2 years prior office services related experience•Ability to carry out assigned tasks and projects to their completion.•Ability to identify and solve routine problems as they occur.•Ability to work as a member of a team with other departments.
