　　THE OPPORTUNITY

　　The Facilities Support Manager oversees and runs the Facility Support Center which includes management of up to 10 subordinates, 24/7 support center and data management system. This person will manage our CMMS system, warranty service, process and overall data integrity for Facilities. The FSM also works with multiple departments to integrate Facilities process.

　　WHAT YOU'LL DO

　　In addition to following and supporting Chipotle's policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

　　Manage/ developed staff of support center / call center employees

　　Support Field Facilities with safety management / program management

　　Support Field Facilities staff with data integrity and systems

　　Manage equipment warranty process for NROs and rollouts

　　Facilitate national vendor relationships/ process

　　Streamline/manage facility work order process

　　Support Operations with facility information, troubleshooting, vendor response

　　Collaborate with other departments for facility data / process

　　Integrate vendors into Chipotle system through training, process market assignment and set up.

　　WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE

　　3-5 years of experience in Call Center or Facilities Team Management

　　Computer skills, communication, ability to lead and develop team.

　　Facilities CMMS Experience

　　Problem solving

　　Facilities / Building management / Operations

　　Available to be on call 24/7 and manage team availability.

　　PAY TRANSPARENCY

　　A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $80,000 to $98,000. You are also eligible for annual cash bonuses and equity awards based upon performance and other factors. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education.
