We are seeking a creative and strategic Product Owner, who enjoys multi-tasking in a fast paced, technical, and cooperative environment. In this position you will be focused on product and deployment scalability of the Questa OneSpin Formal products. You will be working closely with product development teams, marketing managers, application engineers and customers. Some domestic and international travel will be required.
Manage product priorities and roadmaps:
Experience with using Agile methodologies to manage product development and deployment is a must in this strategic and creative role. You will need to use interpersonal and communication skills to work across teams and align priorities. A successful candidate will combine an in depth understanding of formal technologies with presentation and leadership skills to drive a roadmap aimed at delivering high return customer value.
Define product features and methodologies:
As a Product Owner you will be defining and aligning feature and product requirements for the formal applications to address design and verification challenges. You will be working closely with product development and marketing teams to connect these challenges with Siemens' current and emerging technical solutions. You will also be guiding customers on formal methodologies and drive product rollout to evolve the next generation of products.
Support marketing activities:
The Product Owner will work closely with marketing teams to perform market research and align product positioning. You will promote the Questa OneSpin Formal products and value of our solutions in conferences, seminars, and events.
Work with customers:
You will be working with customers to understand their challenges and flows. Your ability to maintain customer relationships will help make you effective in this role. Customer facing activities include product demonstrations, training, evaluations, and competitive benchmarking. The Product Owner directly drives solution development aimed at solving customer problems based on their insight into the customers' needs and use models.
Ideally, you will be a seasoned formal user who has knowledge of formal verification methodologies. Additional responsibilities include:
• Gathering feature requests, scheduling releases, and coordinating Agile sprints. Working across teams to manage and align priorities will be critical in driving successful product releases.
• Defining product direction by understanding customer needs and defining the use models which drive the product development and marketing teams.
• Driving new feature specification, development, and validation processes to ensure the product will meet customer requirements.
• Aligning customer needs with overall product line strategy in order to deliver products which meet user requirements while making the company vision a reality.
• Tracking progress, managing conflicts, and communicating status to ensure visibility and transparency to all stakeholders.
Job Qualifications
• Project management experience using Agile methodologies to deliver software or hardware releases.
• 10-year ASIC and/or FPGA verification experience with formal verification and debug.
• Programming experience using SVA, SystemVerilog, VHDL, TCL/TK, and Python.
• SW development background and C++ skills are a plus.
• Understanding of EDA tools, such as Questa formal apps, OneSpin formal apps, Cadence Jasper, Synopsys VC Formal.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Exposure to sales and applications environment.
• Occasional travel is required.
• Education: B.S.E.E or equivalent; M.S.E.E. or equivalent preferred.

The salaryrange for this position is $121,400 to $218,500 and this role is eligible toearn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on thesuccessful candidate's work location as well as additional factors, includingjob-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
