Job OverviewUnder the direct supervision of the manager, this position sets up, works, and cleans respective positions of patient tray line, dish unit, pots & pans, cafeteria or food production units. This position may deliver patient trays, and practices safe and sanitary habits while performing all assigned activities according to established standards.
