Description We are looking for a meticulous Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team located in Tustin, California. The selected individual will be primarily responsible for processing accounts payable, matching, batching, and coding invoices, executing data entry tasks, and ensuring accuracy to support the Accounts Payable department. This role also involves working on special projects as assigned, which necessitates a high level of organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Processing accounts payable in an efficient and timely manner

• Matching, batching, and coding invoices to ensure accuracy

• Performing data entry tasks related to accounts payable

• Ensuring accuracy of all data and support provided to the Accounts Payable department

• Handling special projects as assigned by the management

• Utilizing skills in Accounts Payable (AP), Check Runs, Coding Invoices, Data Entry, Invoice Processing, and Microsoft Excel

• Being proactive in resolving any issues or discrepancies in invoices or payments

• Monitoring and maintaining accurate customer credit records

• Responding to customer credit inquiries in a professional and timely manner

• Taking appropriate action to collect delinquent payments from customers. Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role or similar

• Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP)

• Strong Data Entry skills

• Proficient in Invoice Processing

• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
