Job Title: Flagger - Plant City

　　High School Diploma or equivalent preferredMinimum 1 year of experience preferredFlagger certificate preferred but not requiredAble to work days, nights, or weekends as neededAble to meet company MVR requirements and have a valid Florida driver's license**Required Screenings:Drug Testing/Screening; Background Checks.

　　Duties and Responsibilities:**

　　Direct and control traffic safely in and through the work zoneDirect site equipment when working in close proximity to traffic, hazards, and obstructionsCommunicate with the publicProtect workers by keeping the workspace free of traffic and warning them of approaching hazardsBeing observant of surroundings at all times and communicating via two-way radio with co-workers to ensure the safe movement of trafficFollow safe practices and proceduresOccasionally assist crew as neededMust be able to stand/walk for prolonged periods of time and be able to work outside in inclement weather**Hiring Process:Apply in person, via email or company website.
