Industry: Hospital & Healthcare
Employment Type: Contract-to-hire (4 month)
Description:
Taking inbound calls from patients from the hospital or medical centers attached to the hospital
Handling operator calls for switchboard, call for emergencies (security, weather, etc.), and taking after hours for doctor groups
Will be placing outbound calls (general discharge, general observation, and stroke calls)
Cannot give any advice over the phones when talking to individuals

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
MUST HAVE:
At least 1 year of call center background OR retail environment where they were handling a high volume of calls
Understand they have a set schedule and breaks during the day
Someone who performs well under pressure
Someone who can work in a fast paced environment and stressful environment (at times)
NICE TO HAVE:
-Previous healthcare experience
