  Work closely with client executives and management teams to understand their businesses and assist in identifying and managing regulatory compliance risks within their business processes and systemsDirectly assist clients in notably being compliant with new or update in financial institution regulationsImplement new or updated regulatory requirements, and translate regulatory requirements to ensure financial institution compliance Continually stay up-to-date on all existing compliance regulations Develop and maintain a broad knowledge and awareness of the financial institution industry and regulatory changes and identify potential impacts to compliance audit programsSupport our internal audit practice as Subject Matter Expert on regulatory and compliance topicsProvide strategic business advice to clients by assisting in the implementation of new regulatory requirements Manage client engagement teams, along with staffing, billings/collections, and ensure client profitability targets are metUtilize your entrepreneurial skills to network and build strong relationships internally and externally with clients and the communityInvest in your professional development individually and through participation in firm wide learning and development programsSupport the growth and development of team members through the Baker Tilly Care and Teach philosophy, helping associates meet their professional goalsEnjoy friendships, social activities and team outings that encourage a work-life balanceQualifications

  Successful candidates will have:Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related program5+ years experience with regulatory compliance 1-2 year(s) management experience CPA or CRCM designation(s) requiredCRCM Certification strongly preferred. Also open to candidates willing to obtain CRCM Certification in the future. Experience working with FDIC, OCC, CFPB, NCUA, and state regulationsExperience as a client serving professional for a consulting firm desired or financial institution experience.Excellent analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detailExceptional verbal and written communication, collaboration, and time management skillsStrong sense of urgency and client responsivenessAbility to travelAdditional Information

  For California, Colorado, New York and Washington: The compensation range for this role is $86,220 to $182,770. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.

  Minimum Salary: 86220.00Maximum Salary: 182770.00Salary Unit: Yearly
