The Work : Sales Development Rep (SDR) | Sr Analyst
Execute multiple sales plays, managing different prospect sources (inbound, outbound, etc.) and aligning the right offering from a portfolio of products/solutions in order to fully qualify an opportunity and actively transfer it to the appropriate team for closing.
May work as part of an account/territory team to build and execute tailored account plans for new prospects and existing customers in order to generate net new pipeline value and engage key decision makers within accounts.
Key responsibilities
Activity – Executes multi-channel outreach specific to prospect profile, high volume 70+ daily.
Target audience – Targets single or multiple contact lists, including inbound inquiries, existing customers, whitespace or other sources, and Decision Makers from multiple business units.
Messaging – Delivers multiple client/N3 defined reason to call talk tracks specific to prospect profile/source.
Product/Offering focus – Covers multiple offerings or full portfolio coverage.
Qualification/Sales Stage – 0-20%: Owns lead/opportunity generation, full BANT to BANT+ qualification.
Deliverable – Produces qualified lead/opportunity record in target CRM, Schedules follow-up with warm handoff.
Priority Skill
Communication Skills – Excellent written and verbal communications skills and use of professional business language
Sales Skills – Understands messaging strategy and capable of handling objections, probing for needs.
Industry Knowledge – Some knowledge of industry trends, able to discuss core value props of client solutions.
Business Operations – Able to conduct warm handoff and provide seamless customer experience through ownership transfer.
Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in sales or lead generation
• Language(s) Required: English - minimum level C1 required.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree
• Prior inside sales experience with emphasis on both outbound and inbound calling
• Specific knowledge of the IT and cloud- based technology industry
• Enterprise experience highly preferred
