Summary
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, your role is vital in supporting the recruitment and hiring procedures within our organization. The ideal candidate is a reliable, trustworthy individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment where both collaboration and autonomy are valued.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:
•Required to drive, stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance, talk, and hear. Occasional body motions and movements include: bending, twisting, reaching, stooping, pulling, kneeling, lifting, carrying, and pushing. Standing or sitting for extended periods of time may be required.
•Lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds regularly is expected, and up to 50 pounds on occasion.
•Required to spend many hours a day on the computer and/or on the phone.
•This job may occasionally be exposed to outside weather conditions and construction sites where the noise level may be more than moderate. The typical noise level of this job is moderate.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Create job postings that list requirements for each job, such as desired work experience, education, and job skills and post them to our internal Applicant Tracking System (ATS) as well as external job boards, such as Craigslist, Indeed, and LinkedIn remove job postings once the position closes
Efficiently review resumes, identifying the most qualified candidates to move forward in the evaluation process.
Collect and maintain recruiting data
Source qualified, potential candidates passively via a variety of external job boards
Schedule phone screens with candidates for the recruiting team.
Coordinate and participate in recruitment events and career/job fairs to promote the organization and attract potential candidates.
Conduct research and stay up to date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and recruitment tools and technologies.
Travel to branch offices for branch visits,and various career/job fairs up to 20% of the time, to better develop relationships with hiring managers and other UES teammates.
Assist recruiter(s) with scheduling interviews and request feedback from hiring managers post-interview
Maintain confidentiality of all personnel and candidate information
Be responsive to prospective candidates, new hires, hiring managers, and other members of the UES team
Other duties may be assigned
Required Qualifications:
Valid Florida Driver’s License with acceptable driving record (in accordance with our Driver’s License and Motor Vehicle Record Check Criteria)
Ability to pass a background check screening in accordance with Florida’s Jessica Lunsford Act (or equivalent state classification).
High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management and documentation.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to professionally interact with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
Ability to read & write, including interpreting documents such as resumes, cover letters, job postings, and similar, as well as the ability to write routine reports and correspondence via email and text, and speak effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and customers/clients.
Computer skills sufficient to operate a laptop, including sending and receiving emails, and the ability to learn various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) as well as social media and job boards. Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Mathematical skills sufficient to add, subtract, multiply, divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Reasoning ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, and diagram form. Ability to be flexible and understanding in a constantly changing, fast-paced work environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in A/E/C industry
Previous experience in talent acquisition or a related field is preferred.
Knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices.
Bilingual (English & Spanish)
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or a related field
1+ year of recruiting experience
