In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, Gibbs Die Casting Corporation provides reasonable accommodation to qualified individuals with disabilities and encourages both prospective and current Team Members to discuss potential accommodations with the Human Resources Department.Analyze monthly financial resultsPrepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecastsPartner with operations to develop the Annual Operating PlanReport customer sales trends monthly, highlighting variances from forecast and budgetWork with other members of the Finance Team to complete the quarterly profit reportInterface with the Materials group to develop metrics related to Inventory accuracy and a process to perform additional audits on the data submittedPrepare the annual standard cost updateEnsure accuracy of the quarterly and annual physical inventoryMonitor the CAPEX spend to budgetIdentify and implement reporting improvements that provide operational locations with appropriate financial information to facilitate optimal decision makingPerform other duties as assigned by managementREQUIRED SKILLSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must have the following education, knowledge, skills and abilities:Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldExperience: 1 to 5 years of accounting or financial analysis; prior public accounting or manufacturing experience a plusCertifications: CMA or CPA a plus, but not requiredCommunication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills within the organization and with external contactsComputer Skills: Excel proficiency and familiarity with report writing and extracting data from various financial systems; ERP system experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred, but not required
