Resellers, who are often housewives, temporary workers, or students, help the company target Tier II and III markets. GlowRoad has been recently acquired by Amazon. 　　If yes, this opportunity will appeal to you. We are looking for an eager learner, and team player as Finance Operations specialist for GlowRoad (a unit of Amazon).

　　Key job responsibilities

　　Reconciliation:o Perform regular reconciliations of financial transactions & Disputes with Logistics partners, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

　　o Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

　　o Collaborate with relevant departments to obtain necessary information for reconciliations.

　　COD Remittance:o Oversee Cash-on-Delivery (COD) remittance processes.

　　o Ensure timely and accurate processing of COD payments.

　　o Collaborate with logistics and customer service teams to address COD-related queries and discrepancies.

　　Financial Data Analysis:o Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights for decision-making.

　　o Prepare reports summarizing key financial metrics and variances.

　　Process Improvement:o Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in financial operations.

　　o Implement best practices to streamline reconciliation and remittance processes.

　　Communication:o Effectively communicate with internal teams and external partners regarding financial matters.

　　o Provide support and clarification on financial processes to stakeholders.

　　Basic Qualifications

　　Bachelor's degree

　　Knowledge of SQL and Excel at a moderate or advanced level

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　2+ years of capacity planning, operations planning, business analysis or similar experience
